Kim Buske is a graduate from the Interior Design Program at Iowa State University. She has experience in a range of commercial design and always looks forward to the next challenging project. Kim is skilled in listening to her client needs and desires and bringing that across in designs that look and function well for their needs. “Design needs to be a good balance of function and style. If your space doesn’t work for your needs it doesn’t matter how great it looks. It’s my job to listen carefully to the client needs and make it a reality for their space. Building long term relationships with my clients is my goal.” |

Tami Westhoff graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Interior Design. She is NCIDQ certified and has systems furniture experience within the commercial and healthcare field. "Every design project brings a new challenge that allows me to blend my creative side, along with my attention to detail. In the end, I hope to establish a new environment that not only performs, but aesthetically builds a positive environment."

Melanie O'Donnell is a design sales professional that proves to be a valuable resource to her clients. She brings to Phelan's Contract team 12 years of design industry experience stemming from a B.A. in Business Marketing, from Central College in Pella, Iowa. She is skilled at listening to her clients, and positioning the right services and products that will be the best solution for her client’s needs. She is a trusted consultant that continues to foster long-term relationships that result in repeat business, and excellent referrals. She always put the customer first, and instills confidence in every step of the project making the entire process go smoothly. An outstanding community volunteer, she contributes time and effort in making Cedar Rapids a wonderful place to live. |

Sarah brings years of experience in commercial interior sales, primarily focusing on commercial flooring estimating and project management. She enjoys working with the local general contractors in eastern Iowa.

Chondra Rankin graduated from Iowa State University achieving a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Interior Design. She has an extensive background in commercial project types and project management. She strives to apply creative design elements into each client’s space to complement their company mission – and create an enticing new space that is individualized for their particular needs. Chondra has a passion for interior spaces, art, music, and beauty. |
